UNIGRIP

 
Unigrip is a stainless metal reducer with a selfclamping chuck. Unigrip enables preparation and separation work with FG burs in standard contra-angles of variable speeds which are interventions the turbine is not able to do.

Unigrip allows the quick exchange of the burs without the necessity to open and close the contra-angle. Consequently, the reducer is a cost and time saving solution.

In laboratory work, Unigrip enables the use of FG burs in handpieces, offering the big advantage that all shapes can be used, in particular the thin types, indispensable for ceramic work and normally not manufactured for handpieces.

Unigrip is fitted with an automatic retainer of a diameter just a little larger than the bur shaft. Hence, the view on the operating field is always optimum, a fact quite contrary to what can be said of conventional pressure reducers which are equipped with a running or screwon lock-nut.

Bur exchange is quite simple: hold the Unigrip with thumb and forefinger where the spring is located and insert the bur or remove it by simultaneous left-hand turn.
