SB Prep Set

(Shoulder Bevel)

Basic set* for shouldered and beveled crown preparation consists of 12 diamond burs.

The instruments have decreasing surface roughnesses (118 to 15 microns) to reduce tooth materials efficiently where desirable, and get polished surfaces where needed (marginal bevel).

*(lf necessary, it is recommended to use additional instruments of the KSBI Prep Set, i.e. pilot burs. separating discs, etc.).

1 0101C - for interproximal separation
201 C - to determine the marginal line

2 241 - for occlusal reduction on molars

3 255 - for lingual reduction on incisors

4 315S/ 3I5GS/ 315L/ 315L GS - for circumferential reduction on molars and incisors

5 D01/ D02 - for an accurate bevel without trauma
GSD9/ 50D9 - to bevel in narrow and deep interproximal areas

Important: These 4 instruments should not be used over 40000 rpm!
