The influence of lecytin emulsion on inclusion of [1-¹⁴C] leycin into protein of oral cavity mucous membrane, salivary glands, liver and oral cavity unlimed tissues in rats, being kept on usual and saccharose diets, was studied. The treatment of teeth and gums by lecytin emulsion raised marker leycin inclusion into soft tissues proteins and incisors.

Results of report confirm that nicotin do stimulate leukoplakia. Examination of 224 smokers showed a special clinical picture of leukoplakia. Also, males, but not females, demonstrated a high prevalence of leukoplakia in smokers. Investigation determined the most important role of intensity and period of smoking.

The express-method of efficiency registration of treatment, used according to index of electrokinetic mobility of buccal epithelium nuclei in patients with oral cavity mucous membrane diseases, is suggested. Under the local use of elixir, containing lecytin, b -carotene, vitamins E and C, biotrit, decametoxyn, percentage of cellular nuclei, shifting to the field of vision, was in average half as much in all patients with oral cavity mucous membrane diseases.
